Oyster River Cooperative School District

Buyer seeks civil engineering services for expansion and renovation projects at two elementary schools in New Hampshire. The project includes approximately 7,700 sq. ft. of renovation and 750 sq. ft. of addition at Mast Way Elementary School and approximately 5,700 sq. ft. of renovation and 9,570 sq. ft. of addition at Moharimet Elementary School. Services will be divided into pre-bond and post-bond phases, with construction anticipated to start in June 2026 after a March 2026 bond vote. Buyer is committed to sustainable building practices.

• Experience with public school buildings
• Experience with projects of similar scale and complexity

• Evaluate existing site conditions for two elementary schools
• Provide topographic and boundary survey plans
• Design stormwater and wastewater systems
• Create site layout and grading plans
• Design on-site septic and water wells
• Develop landscape design
• Coordinate acquisition of site-related approvals
• Attend school board meetings and public forums
• Conduct code reviews and analysis
