• Extensive knowledge conducting comprehensive technical reviews of HR policies
• Relevant experience in public health, human resources, or related field
• Registration to do business in Mississippi
• Not currently debarred from submitting quotes for state contracts
• Financial resources to perform the work

• Develop HR compliance policies and procedures
• Provide training for agency staff
• Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of public health programs
• Prepare technical review reports with recommendations
• Identify areas of strength and weakness in current procedures
• Create compliance checklists with adherence indicators
• Participate in initial project kickoff meeting
• Submit findings in both digital and hard copy formats
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the review process
• Document activities completed and adhere to timelines
