• Must attend all required information sessions and site visits
• Must identify locally-based project representative within 120-mile radius

• Design a sculpture or sculptural installation for soccer complex entrance
• Create durable, low-maintenance outdoor public artwork
• Attend mandatory site visit and presentations
• Develop detailed budget for design, fabrication and installation
• Prepare conceptual designs and mock-ups
• Create maintenance plan with annual cost estimates
• Submit samples of previous work demonstrating artistic excellence
• Identify local project representative within 120-mile radius
• Engineer artwork for public safety considerations
• Fabricate artwork appropriate for soccer-themed destination
• Consider interactive or lighting elements in design
