Buyer seeks a qualified construction management firm to provide CM and inspection services for the 37th Street Widening Phase 2B project. Services include pre-construction and construction phase services following City of Evans Engineering Standards. The project is self-funded by the buyer and will not utilize State or Federal funding. Contractor must have experience managing similar roadway projects and provide construction supervision, schedule management, and quality control.

• Minimum five years CM experience on projects of $2,000,000+
• Knowledge of federally funded project regulations in Colorado
• Four years experience for Project Manager and Field Superintendent
• Experience in construction process management and inspections
• Expertise in budget control and value engineering

• Provide construction inspection and management services
• Supervise construction and maintain on-site construction supervision
• Review contractor's schedule and maintain project timeline
• Monitor construction/civil rights compliance and DBE participation
• Coordinate materials testing and quality control
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Prepare progress reports and reimbursement requests
• Perform traffic control inspections
• Process change orders and resolve contractor claims
• Conduct value engineering including life cycle cost analysis
