Buyer is seeking engineering services for design of perimeter fencing around the Binney WPF and SEAM water facilities. The project includes approximately 15,000 linear feet of Palisade style fencing, 6 monitored and controlled gates, and peripheral security lighting. The design must prevent unauthorized access while maintaining operations at these secured facilities. Buyer requires coordination with Aurora Water staff to mitigate impacts to facility operations.

• 4/23/2025 - Technical Qualification Proposals due
• 4/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/1/2025 - Negotiations with Top-ranked firm completed
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Award Actions Complete/Services Start Date

• Firm must have completed three similar projects in last five years
• Similar projects must have minimum 1,000 linear feet and one automated gate
• Project Manager must have completed three projects with $1,000,000+ budgets
• Project Manager must demonstrate coordination with multiple agencies
• Landscape Architect must have completed three fencing projects of 1,000+ linear feet

• Design a perimeter fence with approximately 15,000 linear feet
• Design 6 monitored and controlled gates with peripheral security lighting
• Implement Palisade style fencing to match existing SEAM facility fence
• Conduct site survey and potholing at key locations
• Perform geotechnical investigation for soil stability and fence foundation
• Develop construction plans and specifications for bidding
• Coordinate with Aurora Water staff to maintain facility operations
• Prepare SWMP report and meet CDPHE permit requirements
• Coordinate with outside agencies including State Engineer Office
• Provide services during construction through June 2026
