Buyer is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to upgrade fire suppression systems at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Douglas. The project involves replacing and installing fire alarm systems and suppression systems in multiple prison units and facility buildings. The contractor will provide both pre-construction services during the design phase and serve as the General Contractor during construction. The project will be delivered using a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract model.

- Schedule and manage site operations in correctional facility
- Coordinate with ADCRR security protocols
- Maintain quality control and safety compliance
