Buyer seeks qualified vendors to provide supplemental IT support and cybersecurity services to enhance their existing IT department. The contract will be for a three-year term with two additional one-year renewals at the buyer's discretion. Services include ongoing IT support, cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability testing, and strategic technology planning. • Provide bi-weekly 8-hour on-site IT support visits
• Implement 24/7/365 server and desktop monitoring with proactive issue resolution
• Deliver cybersecurity monitoring services for all critical infrastructure
• Maintain and support police department's dispatch and records platform
• Develop information security program with comprehensive policies
• Perform quarterly phishing tests with end-user training
• Create and maintain network/infrastructure documentation and diagrams
• Provide system backup/recovery across local storage and Microsoft365
• Conduct annual penetration testing with comprehensive reporting
• Support growth in device counts, users, and physical locations
