The contractor will manage Oregon Lottery pass-through funds for economic development activities.

• Must meet insurance requirements as set forth in the Personal Services Contract

• Develop a five-year economic development plan
• Recruit new industrial and commercial businesses to the county
• Assist existing businesses with expansion and retention strategies
• Build a marketing plan coordinating with existing economic development information
• Establish collaborative economic development efforts across communities
• Identify funding and financing options for business expansions
• Develop inventory of available industrial and commercial property
• Conduct inclusive planning process with community input
• Analyze workforce development needs and infrastructure development
• Provide quarterly summary and budget reports to Commissioners
