Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) Health Care Coverage Enforcement Services throughout Georgia. The vendor will be responsible for generating and mailing NMSNs to employers, processing responses, and tracking health care coverage for children in child support cases. Services include data collection, verification, security, customer relations, employer outreach, and maintaining a website for employer responses. The contract will follow the Federal fiscal year from October 1 through September 30 with four one-year renewal options.

• Three years experience within last five years providing NMSN services
• Full-time project manager with PMP certification
• Ability to process approximately 110,000 cases annually

• Generate and mail NMSNs to employers within two business days of a match
• Receive health care coverage information from employers and plan administrators
• Help custodial parents select appropriate health care plans
• Enter health care coverage information into state database systems
• Perform validation to maximize health care coverage enrollment compliance
• Create daily data exchange and backup files with State Entity
• Operate GA-NMSN website with employer response capabilities
• Conduct employer outreach and provide technical assistance
• Adhere to family violence protocols to protect sensitive information
• Restrict access to NMSN data to personnel with legitimate need
