- Minimum two years experience identifying and connecting adults to education/career-related programs
- Minimum one year experience serving Reentry population within last five years
- Possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials
- Conduct client intake and develop individualized Provider Service Plans
- Provide tuition assistance and monthly stipends to eligible clients
- Offer barrier removal services to support client education/training
- Develop a network of educators and CTE providers
- Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to clients
- Organize outreach and engagement events
- Monitor client progress and document key milestones
- Assist clients in obtaining necessary documentation for enrollment
- Develop and implement a Tuition Assistance Rubric
- Collect and report required data metrics to ACPD
