Buyer is seeking qualified vendors to provide consulting services for Municipal Marina and Port Projects on an as-needed basis. Services will include studies, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for marina and port facilities. Projects may be funded by the City, FAA, FDEP, USEPA, or other agencies. The services will be provided under a 4-year agreement.

• Designated single point of contact to manage contract administration
• Required licenses and certifications to perform work in St. Petersburg
• Project manager with minimum of ten years applicable experience
• Valid federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) for Port work

• Design services for marina and port facilities
• Structural assessments of subaqueous infrastructure including bulkheads and seawalls
• Wave and wind analysis for maritime facilities
• Environmental mitigation and habitat assessment for coastal projects
• Permitting and compliance with Federal, State, and City regulations
• Sea level rise impact analysis for coastal facilities
• Utility master planning for port and marina sites
• Intermodal facility planning including transportation engineering
• Facility security and storm hardening design
• Development of cruise and port-of-call operations programs
