• Been in business providing similar services for minimum of five years
• Financially stable or solvent
• Based in Chile, Peru, Brazil, or Argentina

• Represent MDA in South America to promote exports and recruit investment
• Focus on recruiting South American firms in automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing
• Perform market research for Mississippi companies entering South American markets
• Arrange scheduled appointments and events for Mississippi officials
• Conduct qualified agent, distributor, partner, and customer searches
• Develop minimum of six new investment prospect leads per contract year
• Provide in-market assistance for Mississippi businesses visiting South America
• Arrange logistics for trade missions to South America
• Submit monthly reports and comprehensive annual report
• Visit Mississippi annually to meet with firms and conduct market briefings
