Buyer requires comprehensive asset data collection services for stormwater infrastructure in the Pond Creek Watershed. The project involves surveying, mapping, photographing, and assessing public stormwater assets including drainage channels, mains, manholes, catch basins, and outfalls. Work will support buyer's regulatory compliance with MS4 permit requirements and enhance their stormwater asset management program. The contract will initially focus on the Lower Southern Ditch watershed with potential renewal for up to four additional years.

• Five years experience in stormwater management consulting
• Demonstrate surveying and mapping skills with GPS, GIS systems
• Project manager with five years stormwater data management experience
• Technical staff experienced in plan review and data collection
• Three specific examples of stormwater asset evaluation work

• Review historic stormwater infrastructure records and digitize drawings
• Develop GIS collection tool using ArcGIS Online
• Survey stormwater assets with high accuracy GPS equipment
• Collect condition assessment data on drainage infrastructure
• Document and photograph stormwater manholes, catch basins, and outfalls
• Perform QA/QC on collected field data
• Create database of public stormwater infrastructure
• Identify missing infrastructure not in existing database
• Assess condition of drainage channels and mains
• Develop comprehensive summary report of findings
