Employee Benefit Consultant/Broker Services

Buyer seeks an employee benefit consultant/broker to evaluate plan options and assist with ongoing administration of benefit plans. The contract will cover medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and health center consulting services. Buyer requires expertise in self-funded medical plans and employer-sponsored clinics. Services will begin January 2026 for a district with approximately 3,500 employees.

• Five years of experience in employee benefit consulting
• Three proven clients of similar size to the district
• Local experience with employer-sponsored clinics

• Develop strategic employee benefit plan objectives and conduct periodic reviews
• Analyze claims experience for trends and recommend appropriate rate structures
• Conduct insurance renewal negotiations with carriers, vendors, and TPAs
• Provide guidance on implementation of Affordable Care Act requirements
• Assist with benefit plan design, funding, cost, and administration reviews
• Administer COBRA and Retiree program with enrollment management services
• Provide employer-sponsored health center consulting services and optimization
• Develop employee wellbeing strategy and measure health outcomes
• Generate performance reports including ROI analysis for health center
• Evaluate plan alternatives, benchmarking, and compliance with regulations
