The buyer seeks to commission a professional artist or artist team to design 6 to 8 site-specific artwork panels for street light poles along Bell Road in Phoenix. The project aims to beautify the neighborhood, celebrate the area's character, and establish a visual identity for the corridor. The selected artist will conduct community engagement, develop designs, and oversee fabrication.

• Professional Arizona-based artists or artist teams, ages 18+
• Demonstrated artistic quality of previously completed projects
• Experience in community engagement and collaborative design work

• Design 6-8 artwork panels for 2'-6"W by 6'-0"H laser cut metal banners
• Conduct research and community engagement
• Develop conceptual designs and present to project team and community
• Provide project oversight during fabrication of artwork panels
• Reflect and celebrate Bell Road corridor's unique character and history
• Establish a distinct visual identity for the corridor
