• Prime firm must be responsible for at least half the annual value of proposed work
• Prime firm must have experience in providing similar work in at least two similar organizations

• Provide network analysis and technical support
• Offer systems support and computer operations support
• Deliver PC desktop technical support
• Provide software integration support
• Develop IT policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain servers and network infrastructure
• Implement and maintain network security measures
• Provide help desk and end-user support
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning
• Monitor and optimize network performance
