• Provide hardware and software procurement recommendations for budgeting
• Support multiple software suites including Microsoft Office and specialized municipal applications

• Provide 24/7/365 help desk support with incident tracking system
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support various devices including laptops and tablets
• Manage networks including both open and closed architecture
• Administer servers, databases, and provide backup services
• Conduct assessment of existing technology infrastructure
• Support communication systems including desk phones and BYOD devices
