  • Inspect buildings for NYS Building Code and Fire Code violations
  • Perform NYSERDA EmPower+ and Residential Energy Assessment (REA) audits
  • Log inspection results into Municity online app
  • Assist with benchmarking and Portfolio Manager setup
  • Provide information on tax credits and rebates to building owners
  • Conduct re-inspections for failed audits
  • Report compliance or non-compliance to Town Building Department
  • Notify appropriate entities if asbestos or lead is found
  • Assist clients with income qualification for EmPower audits
