• Provide a Value Analysis Software (VAS) solution
• Assist in standardizing product introduction with one point of entry
• Facilitate collaborative evidence-based decision making
• Integrate with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams)
• Provide unlimited user accounts for all SUNY Upstate employees and affiliates
• Implement and provide training on the VAS solution
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system
• Ensure data security, privacy, and disaster recovery capabilities
• Enable data portability upon contract expiration or termination
• Provide analytics and reporting capabilities
