- Assist in standardizing product introduction with one point of entry
- Facilitate collaborative evidence-based decision making
- Integrate with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams)
- Provide unlimited user accounts for all SUNY Upstate employees and affiliates
- Implement and provide training on the VAS solution
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system
- Ensure data security, privacy, and disaster recovery capabilities
- Enable data portability upon contract expiration or termination
- Provide analytics and reporting capabilities
