• Operate four fixed routes and demand-response transit services
• Manage dispatch operations at the Transit Center
• Provide qualified drivers with CDL and proper certifications
• Implement comprehensive driver training and retraining program
• Maintain fare collection, reconciliation and accounting
• Process ADA eligibility applications and manage certification
• Schedule and coordinate demand-response and paratransit services
• Maintain detailed operational statistics and reporting
• Ensure bus interior/exterior cleaning and operator maintenance
• Assist with marketing efforts and service improvements
