Buyer seeks a contractor to undertake a data collection program to update taxable real property in Chelmsford. The project involves collecting data for approximately 10,270 parcels, including 10,000 residential properties and 270 commercial/industrial/apartment properties. The contractor must have experience with the Appraisal Vision system currently used by the buyer. • Provide property inventory records for each parcel
