• Five years minimum experience in providing comprehensive IT solutions
• Sufficient liability insurance coverage with A+ carrier
• U.S.-based company with preferably operational presence in New Mexico
• Ability to offer services in English, Spanish and other languages
• Utilize redundant technologies ensuring high availability and reliability
• Store and retain data within the U.S. with appropriate security

• Provide cloud solutions with custom application development and APIs
• Deliver video production services including broadcasting and social media content
• Implement artificial intelligence technologies for educational processes
• Ensure robust cyber security measures and compliance
• Establish and support contact center solutions
• Provide technical support and maintenance services
• Develop business and productivity applications
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
• Create content in multiple languages including English and Spanish
• Deliver solutions accessible on various devices including mobile platforms
