Buyer seeks qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for design of the Mt Hope Cemetery Columbarium Fountain. The project involves investigation and design services for a non-ponding, recirculating fountain system. • Perform site evaluation and review existing plans
• Conduct topographic survey in accordance with City specifications
• Design a non-ponding, recirculating fountain system
• Prepare contract documents including cost estimates and specifications
• Create AutoCAD plans according to City drafting standards
• Assist with securing necessary permits for construction
• Prepare SESC plans and provide geotechnical testing if needed
• Provide bidding support including addressing questions and preparing addendums
• Create economical plans utilizing existing as-built drawings when possible
• Attend necessary meetings with City staff
