Buyer is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning services for the development of an Airport Master Plan Update and Airport Layout Plan for the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport. The project is anticipated to be partially funded by the Federal Aviation Administration. The consultant will follow guidance in FAA AC 150/5070-6B for the master plan preparation. All work must comply with FAA requirements and regulations.
