Buyer proposes to convert the west, east, and north wings of the fourth floor of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center from Behavioral Health to Medical/Surgical spaces. The project will expand inpatient bed capacity by up to 103 beds and add a new patient unit to the administrative wing. The renovation covers approximately 67,400 gsf of the 115,600 gsf fourth floor. The project requires maintaining operations of the active ICU that is not part of the renovation scope.

• Active California C-20 contractor's license
• Must attend one of the mandatory prequalification conferences
• Must be registered with Department of Industrial Relations

• Provide complete Design Assist HVAC System for work area
• Maintain active HVAC system for ICU during construction
• Perform pre-construction services including design assistance
• Provide constructability recommendations during planning phase
• Coordinate with existing hospital infrastructure systems
• Install HVAC systems for medical/surgical spaces
• Upgrade building infrastructure to support acute care needs
• Ensure code compliance for healthcare HVAC systems
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Manage conversion from behavioral health to medical/surgical spaces
