The buyer seeks a consultant to develop a Health and Environmental Justice Analysis (HEJA) to assess health outcomes in the region related to the built environment. The consultant will lay groundwork for environmental justice analysis, engage underserved communities, and develop a community outreach toolkit. This work will support the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy. The consultant will provide existing conditions analysis, identify environmental justice communities, and prepare draft and final reports.
