The buyer seeks a provider to deliver Title I educational services to eligible non-public school students. The provider will design and implement supplemental reading and math instruction for K-5 students at participating non-public schools. • At least 10 years experience providing reading and math instruction
• Trained staff with evidence of impact on failing/at-risk students
• Experience complying with Title I federal and state laws/regulations
• Authorized to do business in Maryland and in 'Good Standing'

• Design supplemental Title I instructional program for non-public school students
• Implement reading and math services for eligible K-5 students
• Assess student progress and report results quarterly
• Provide professional development for non-public school teachers
• Conduct parent and family engagement activities
• Maintain student records and program documentation
• Collaborate with HCPS Title I Office and non-public schools
• Administer pre- and post-assessments to measure student growth
• Submit management reports and eligibility lists to HCPS
• Ensure compliance with Title I laws and regulations
