Services include design work, project management, asset management planning, and technical guidance. The contract will be awarded to multiple contractors for one year with option to renew for three additional years. Selected firms must be familiar with current laws, regulations, and standards accepted by construction industries.

  • Prepare hydrology reports and drainage analysis
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of county-owned bridges
  • Provide project management and coordination with government entities
  • Develop comprehensive asset management plans for roads and buildings
  • Perform architectural design including development through construction phases
  • Provide civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services
  • Conduct control surveys, topographic surveys, and right-of-way surveys
  • Prepare environmental documentation required by NEPA regulations
