Buyer is seeking professional services to support the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for Tubbs Fire and Glass Fire affected areas. The project includes general project management, environmental and historic preservation planning, marketing and outreach for fuel management projects, and implementation of fuel reduction projects. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with two automatic one-year extensions.

- Provide overall project management for all aspects of EHP and implementation
- Develop and maintain project schedule aligned with HMGP requirements
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Coordinate with local government agencies for compliance and updates
- Identify and refine fuels reduction sites with professional forester
- Develop environmental and historic preservation documentation for CEQA/NEPA compliance
- Design marketing materials to promote fuels projects and increase community engagement
- Coordinate outreach events with local organizations and community leaders
- Monitor contractor performance and quality of work during implementation
- Document and resolve non-compliance issues during project execution
