Buyer seeks a highly skilled freelance professional to provide comprehensive marketing, content creation, public relations, and creative design services. The engagement will support the buyer's Economic Development efforts through compelling content, marketing strategies, and visually engaging materials. The selected individual must possess expertise in writing, design, marketing strategy, and public relations to effectively promote economic initiatives.

• Primary business must be marketing, content creation, PR and/or creative design
• Must have been in business for minimum four years
• Must have completed three similar projects in past four years

• Develop engaging content for Economic Development website and communications platforms
• Write original business feature stories and press releases
• Design graphics for print and digital materials
• Create marketing videos to support promotional efforts
• Develop e-news blasts to enhance engagement
• Draft and refine crisis communication messaging
• Conduct annual review of marketing plan
• Assess existing marketing materials and recommend updates
• Design visually appealing layouts for digital and print materials
• Support media outreach and public relations initiatives
