Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide Incident Base and/or Forward Camp facilities for the City of Savannah after a catastrophic disaster. Services include establishing and managing complete base camp facilities for emergency management personnel. The contractor must be able to mobilize within 72 hours if required and provide housing, meals, sanitation, and support services. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods.

• Provide billeting/housing facilities for male and female personnel
• Provide meal preparation and full ancillary food service support
• Supply ADA-compliant restroom facilities
• Set up shower facilities for male and female personnel
• Install hand washing stations throughout the facility
• Provide laundry services for personnel
• Establish multi-purpose facility/facilities for operations
• Manage fuel hauling and distribution services
• Optional medical services and facilities
• Optional security services
