Buyer seeks qualified firms to design and construct signage for seven customer service centers. The project involves manufacturing and installing new signs, removing existing signage, and recycling/destroying old signs. The buyer will provide drawings for the signs, which include six building-mounted signs and one standalone sign at a parking lot entrance. • Manufacture and install new signs at seven customer service centers

• Modify one standalone sign with new push through acrylic facing
• Verify proper operation of signs after installation
• Provide updated drawings reflecting completed work
• Maintain proper security protocols during installation
• Recycle/destroy old signage properly
• Ensure signs comply with Virginia Lottery branding
