Expanded Learning Support Tutors for 20 Elementary Sites

Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide expanded learning services for after school programs at 20 elementary school sites. Services include supervision, academic support, and enrichment activities for students in grades TK-6. The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for one additional year. Contractor must provide staffing for all school days plus 30 non-school days annually.

• 3/19/2025 - Release of Request for Proposal
• 4/2/2025 - Deadline for District Receipt of Questions

• 6/1/2025 - Tentative Date for Awarding RFP

• Experience working with districts of similar size and complexity.

• Provide after school supervision and enrichment at 20 elementary schools.
• Staff approximately 145 positions including site leads.
• Deliver academic support and enrichment activities for grades TK-6.
• Operate program on all school days plus 30 non-school days.
• Conduct social-emotional learning activities.
• Implement visual and performing arts programming.
• Provide STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) instruction.
• Lead physical education activities.
• Attend monthly staff meetings (2 hours per month).
• Participate in 5 days of RUSD-led professional development.
