Expanded Learning Support Tutors for 10 Elementary Sites

Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide expanded learning support tutors for 10 elementary school sites. Services include after-school supervision, academic support, and enrichment activities for TK-6 grade students. Contract period runs from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for one additional year. Staffing is needed for all school days plus 30 non-school days during summer and other periods.

• Experience working with districts of similar size and complexity
• Three recent, similar projects as references
• Ability to provide expanded learning services including after school supervision
• Comply with fingerprinting and background check requirements

• Provide staff for after-school supervision and enrichment at 10 elementary schools
• Manage recruitment and training of expanded learning staff
• Deliver academic support and tutoring services to TK-6 grade students
• Implement enrichment activities and social-emotional learning programs
• Staff 30 non-school days during summer and other periods
• Attend monthly staff meetings (2 hours per month)
• Participate in 5 days of RUSD-led Professional Development
• Follow District's COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols
• Submit to fingerprinting and background checks for all staff
• Staff programs on minimum days with longer hours (early release days)
