Buyer seeks a contractor to replace and upgrade the District's adjudication services scheduling software. The current software is outdated and no longer meets growing needs. The replacement system must modernize the scheduling process, improve system performance, and ensure compliance with current security and regulatory standards. Buyer serves over 623,000 licensed drivers/identification card holders and processes more than 2.7 million tickets annually.

• Replace and upgrade the current DMV adjudication services scheduling software
• Enable calendar blocking, email notifications, and hearing status tracking
• Create system for customer inquiry management by query
• Develop document generation capability for hearing details
• Implement officer calendar access and saving functionality
• Provide search functionality for customer records
• Incorporate e-signature capabilities for documents
• Create document storage and management system
• Deliver 17 one-year licenses for the software
• Provide 16 hours of training at a DMV facility
