The contractor will provide a minimum of three dedicated Platform Support Engineers to support the Invariant software stack deployed on-premises. Support services include monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, user provisioning, and incident management for the Invariant platform tools and components.

  • Must be an Invariant LLC authorized reseller
  • Support staff must have level three support knowledge
  • Staff must have RHEL system administrator knowledge
  • Staff must have proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem
  • Staff must reside and work within the United States
  • Monitor platform health and utilization
  • Maintain and configure platform resources
  • Support platform upgrades and patching
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Provide platform knowledge and on-the-job training
  • Support data integrity during ingestion
  • Automate operational tasks
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Lead incident response during outages
