The contractor will provide a minimum of three dedicated Platform Support Engineers to support the Invariant software stack deployed on-premises. Support services include monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, user provisioning, and incident management for the Invariant platform tools and components.

- Support staff must have level three support knowledge
- Staff must have RHEL system administrator knowledge
- Staff must have proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem
- Staff must reside and work within the United States
- Monitor platform health and utilization
- Maintain and configure platform resources
- Support platform upgrades and patching
- Manage user access and permissions
- Provide platform knowledge and on-the-job training
- Support data integrity during ingestion
- Automate operational tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Lead incident response during outages
- Collaborate with development teams
