Buyer seeks qualified individual(s) or firm(s) to perform plan review and inspection services. Services include building, energy, mechanical, electric, plumbing, accessibility, and life safety disciplines. The contract will run from award through April 30, 2026, with three one-year renewal options. Buyer requires inspectors to be certified with ICC, NFPA, IDPH or possess equivalent experience.

- ICC, NFPA, or IDPH certification for inspectors
- Experience with similar plan review and inspection services
- Capacity to perform emergency services with 2-hour response time
- Review plans for compliance with building codes and ordinances
- Perform plumbing inspections for all projects
- Conduct building, electrical, and mechanical inspections as needed
- Provide emergency response services within two hours
- Issue certification letters for completed inspections
- Review deferred plan documents post-permit issuance
- Maintain digital documentation of all inspections and approvals
- Complete initial plan reviews within 10 business days
- Respond to emergency scenes to certify structures for occupancy
- Coordinate with Village staff on permit applications and approvals
