Buyer seeks professional audit services for the preparation of its 2025 audit. The audit must satisfy 2 CFR Part 200 single audit provisions and include special procedures for specialized service centers to comply with DCAA requirements. The selected firm will audit annual financial reports for the Institute, NMT Foundation, and Research Park Corporation as well as federal student aid programs. Buyer requires a firm with expertise in GASB Pronouncements, higher education, and federal research systems.

• Produce 20 copies of Institute's annual financial report
• Produce 20 copies of Foundation's report
• Produce 15 copies of Research Park Corporation's report
• Provide electronic copies of all financial statement reports
• Invoice each entity separately
• Complete audit within required State Auditor timeframe
• Demonstrate expertise in federal research systems
• Conduct peer quality control review
