Buyer seeks professional actuarial services to provide necessary calculations for other post-employment benefits (OPEB) related to GASB Statement 74/75 implementation. Services include actuarial valuations, liability calculations, and consulting on managing future OPEB obligations. The work must be completed to support the buyer's financial audit with a preliminary report due in June 2025 and final completion by August 31, 2025.

• Demonstrate successful completion of similar actuarial services
• Meet tight timeframe for report completion
• Experience with GASB Statements 74/75

• Determine actuarial value of total OPEB liability
• Create schedule of changes in Net OPEB liability
• Calculate employer contributions (Actuarial Determined Contribution)
• Determine OPEB Expense amounts
• Identify deferred outflows/inflows of Resources
• Prepare asset breakdown and reconciliation
• Project total OPEB liability and actuarial value of assets
• Provide GASB OPEB reporting and disclosure financial statement materials
• Calculate implicit rate subsidy impacts on OPEB liability
• Provide consulting on managing future OPEB obligations
