• Master's or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, PR, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in communications, media, or marketing
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Plan and implement 'Year of the Cooperative' campaign
• Develop messaging and branding themes across countries
• Write articles, blogs, press releases, and success stories
• Coordinate with graphic designers for visual content
• Manage Heifer Asia's social media platforms
• Track analytics and adjust strategy for engagement
• Liaise with media, country teams, and partners
• Prepare talking points, briefs, and outreach materials
• Support communications for launch events
• Create event materials including speeches and media kits
