The buyer seeks an artist to design, fabricate and install artwork for their Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project. The artwork will be located on the south facade of City Hall. The buyer wants to enhance community identity and create a durable, meaningful art piece that complements the renovated building and surrounding area. The artist must work collaboratively with stakeholders and integrate the artwork with the project's landscaping, lighting and architecture.

• Professional artist(s) 18 years or older residing and eligible to work in United States
• Experience with large scale public art projects
• Expertise in 2D and/or 3D public art media for outdoor installation
• Previous public art and design team experience preferred
• Public involvement and community interaction experience
