Saguache County Land Use

Buyer is seeking services for identification and monitoring of all short-term rental advertisements within Saguache County. Services include providing comprehensive data on STRs, including addresses, maps, and pricing. The contractor will monitor rental platforms for up to one year, alert the buyer of new listings, manage information communication, provide property mapping, and deliver training on software implementation.

• 4/10/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Identify all short-term rental advertisements within Saguache County
• Provide physical and mailing addresses of STRs
• Create maps showing STR properties
• Collect pricing information for all STRs
• Monitor all STR platforms for new listings
• Alert Land Use office of newly listed properties
• Manage information communicated to Land Use office
• Develop interactive property map for STR locations
• Provide training on software implementation
• Monitor STR sites for up to one year
