- Key staff completed at least 3 similar annual audit projects in public sector
- Provide 3 municipal client references
- Perform general audit of balance sheets, revenue statements, and expenditures
- Prepare Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards
- Express opinion on fair presentation of basic financial statements
- Apply relevant accounting standards
- Provide assistance with preparation and publishing of financial statements
- Draft Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for management review
- Hold exit conference with County officials
- Present final audit report to Board of Commissioners
- Provide occasional consultation on audit-related issues
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and auditing standards
