Buyer is seeking comprehensive Information Technology services for the City of Summit administration. The contract will be governed by New Jersey public contracting laws. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Purchasing Agent at City Hall. No site visits will be permitted due to cybersecurity concerns. Buyer will evaluate proposals for up to sixty days after submission.

• Meet City's minimum standard insurance requirements

• Provide comprehensive IT services to City administration
• Manage and maintain city IT infrastructure
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NJ state requirements
• Implement cybersecurity measures and protocols
• Support municipal administrative technology systems
• Deliver IT services in compliance with local government regulations
• Address technology needs across city departments
• Maintain confidentiality of municipal data and systems
• Operate within NJ public contracts framework
• Document and report on IT service delivery
