• Member of American Institute of CPAs, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, or Institute of Internal Auditors
• Five years experience auditing similar Florida governmental units
• Established capacity to perform requested services
• Staff includes certified public accountants, internal auditors, and fraud examiners

• Provide program priority areas based on assessment
• Develop risk assessment matrix for future City use
