The buyer seeks proposals to develop and implement a 60-hour Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD) Intervention Case Manager Certification training program. The program will equip case managers with advanced skills to serve high-risk individuals aged 14-26. It aims to enhance service provision, incorporate national best practices, focus on strength-based services, and foster collaboration. The training will cover GRYD's comprehensive strategy, intervention model components, and case management best practices.

- Must be financially solvent
- Must possess adequate staffing with relevant experience and expertise
- Develop 60-hour training curriculum for GRYD Intervention Case Managers
- Conduct in-person training sessions for approximately 50 case managers
- Create training materials including slides, handouts, and case studies
- Provide post-training evaluation reports on participant progress
- Issue certificates of completion to participants meeting requirements
- Deliver final report with recommendations for ongoing capacity-building
