The buyer seeks proposals to develop and implement a 60-hour Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD) Intervention Case Manager Certification training program. • Must be in good standing with Secretary of State
• Must have license to do business in Los Angeles
• Must not be debarred by Federal, State, or local government
• Must be financially solvent
• Must possess adequate staffing with relevant experience and expertise

• Develop 60-hour training curriculum for GRYD Intervention Case Managers
• Conduct in-person training sessions for approximately 50 case managers
• Create training materials including slides, handouts, and case studies
• Provide post-training evaluation reports on participant progress
• Issue certificates of completion to participants meeting requirements
• Deliver final report with recommendations for ongoing capacity-building
