Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of St. Louis County
Buyer seeks architectural design services for improvements to the MET Center, a job-training facility that connects job seekers to training programs and employment. Project includes designing a new elevator, mezzanine roof, general renovations, Wi-Fi and security upgrades, MEP renovations, and parking lot improvements. The project will follow a design-bid-build approach with a two-phase fee structure and is funded through an ARPA Grant requiring matching funds. The selected firm will work with the buyer's team, including construction management firm KAI CS 360.
