• Perform Single Audit on federal grant expenditures per OMB Circular A-133
• Conduct biennial Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program financial compliance audit
• Perform procedures for GANN Limit (Appropriations Limit) and issue compliance letter
• Issue management letter with recommendations for internal control improvements
• Submit audit reports by December 15 each year
• Apply limited audit procedures to Management's Discussion and Analysis
• Provide ongoing technical assistance throughout audit engagement
• Communicate significant findings and unusual transactions in timely manner
