The buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide inmate commissary services for its detention facilities. The vendor will be responsible for selling and delivering food, snacks, beverages, and personal items to inmates. The system must include user-friendly electronic ordering, inmate kiosks, an inmate banking system, and electronic grievance resolution. The vendor will also provide inventory management, financial reporting, and training programs for inmates.
