The buyer seeks a contractor to provide Critical Incident Stress Management training courses for law enforcement and first responders across Missouri. The training should be comprehensive for first responders and their significant others. The contractor must also provide train-the-trainer courses for peer supporters and develop peer support teams. The services include arranging multi-day trainings on peer support, crisis intervention, and wellness services for first responders impacted by trauma and stress.

• Minimum 3 years sustained involvement with peer support programs
• Minimum 10 years experience in law enforcement curriculum development and training delivery
• Minimum 3 years experience with Clinical Incident Stress Management Training
• Minimum 3 years experience with Peer Support Team Training
• Advisory board with diverse background including first responder spouses, law enforcement, fire department personnel, licensed therapist

• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management training courses regionally across Missouri
• Arrange multi-day trainings on peer support, crisis intervention, and wellness services
• Train peer supporters to cover mental health concerns of first responders
• Develop peer support teams competent in crisis intervention and wellness strategies
• Provide continuing education to peer support teams annually
• Engage first responder workforces to integrate use of peer support teams
• Obtain Missouri POST certification for trainings
• Manage registration process for training attendees
• Submit monthly reports on training locations, dates, and attendees
• Maintain financial records and documentation for 5 years
